Yes: Antibiotics, she may have staph, the areas under the arm from the breast, groin boils seperate infection, i'm not sure about the nude mole but even without that it's time for an appointment.

Groin boil: If it is not too big you might cure it by putting a glob of 10per cent benzoyl peroxide on it under occlusion (band aid or better yet small piece of cellophane

Apply warm moist heat 5x a day if it is larger and it may drain on its own
Some need to be lanced in the doctors office if too large or painful

Infected cyst: Antibiotics may be ableto quiet it down but it probably needs to be drained. The cyst wall will be removed at the time of drainage. The cyst wall may need to be removed later after the infection has resolved.
