Change antibiotics: The 2 most common skin infections include strep and staph. Both come with painful redness to the skin but staph can have abscesses and or drainage. Your symptoms would suggest you have an infection with staph. Unfortunately, keflex will treat strep but not staph.

Boil: Once a boil has drained, keep it draining of puss with warm water compresses. Sterilize surrounding skin by applying rubbing alcohol to kill staph bacteria. You can apply antiseptic sudocream. Cover with a loose gauze held in place with paper tape. If boil closes and swells, see a physician for more treatment. The affected area takes a week or more to fully heal after all puss has drained.

Benedryl cream: Boils itch.  If it is swelling up again, it may need to be drained again.  Benedryl cream (unless you are allergic to it) should help.

Boil: I assume you're taking lymcycline for acne treatment. A concealing boil may need more drainage and another type of antibiotic to eradicate staphylococcus  which is the bacterium usually involved in boil infections. A surgeon would be best to consult if the boil is large or incompletely drained. A culture and sensitivity of puss may be sent to the lab for confirmation of the causative bacteria

Where?: Where is it? How large? Was it an inflamed cyst? Not enough information provided. Probably will be fully healed in a week or 2. Water will be good for it: shower. Avoid bacitracin, neosporin, peroxide.

Where?: Are the 'boils' more like small holes draining fluid? How long ago was the surgery? Possibility of actinomycosis, despite the name it is a bacterial infection.

Staph Infection: Most likely you have a staph infection that is not resolving.  If not treated, it may spread and cause severe problems.  Right now, clean with soap and water, and perhaps use hand sanitizer on the lesion.  Also, apply a hot compress diligently.  That will help it drain.  But I recommend seeing a physician and getting treated with antibiotics.

Needs drainage: Most likely is an infected sebaceous cyst and should be drained; Total removal is then done once the infection is completely cleared; you should see a local ENT or dermatologist.
