my nose has been pulsing/twitching for a week, and i've been getting chills all over my body, what can be causing this?

Prodrome: You may have inhaled a viral infection earlier this week. The virus will attach itself to the lining of your nose and begin to "crawl" towards your deeper respiratory tract. This is often described as a burning sensation in the nose. Your body is now responding and the chills are the first days of feeling ill (prodrome). Rest, drink fluids, don't be surprised if fever shows up next 24 hours.

symptoms: shortness of breath, muscle twitching everywhere, chest pressure, upper abdomen pulses. my cardiologist thinks its nothing. what should i do?

Correct?: Your cardiologist is hopefully correct, but i would do a couple of things to be certain: first, i would check and make sure the BP in the arms and the legs are close to each other, second i would have an echocardiogram.

Yes: A large artery close under the skin at the temple called the temporal artery. When you are anxious you can see and feel it pulsing with each heart beat.

Twitch,pulsate: Pulsation in the abdomen from the aorta may be normally  seen in slender people. Benign muscle fasciculations are not uncommon but have no relationship to pulsating blood vessels. If you have further concerns see your Physician for evaluation.

my heart is pacing really fast when i walk around the house. i checked my bp it was high at 149/84. second reading was 145/79 & third reading was 122/83. checked bp in 30min intervals pulse rate = 80

Merits an evaluation: The variable BP and rapid heartbeat could be due to emotional stress; however, there are other possible underlying causes.
This merits a visit to a physician for a careful history, physical exam, blood and urine tests, an EKG, chest X-rays and possibly an echocardiogram; the results of these parameters will enable a decision concerning the cause(s) of the BP and heart rate perturbations.

: The answer to this question somewhat depends on the cause of the POTS. Hopefully, you are under the care of a physician. If symptoms exist, some medications can be used. Also hydration status needs to be checked. Interestingly, COIVD-19 can cause POTS and, while it will ultimately get better, it may last for a bit as part of the Long-Haul syndrome.

Bloat: There are many possible causes for what you report. Some are as simple as air swallowing. You need to see a Doc to be evaluated for the probable cause of your symptoms.
