Difficult to tell: This sounds as if you might have a viral infection, but that is just speculation.  Doctors need detailed history, physical exams and some testing to make an accurate diagnosis.  Strongly suggest you see a doctor if this continues, make sure you are not becoming dehydrated because of inability to hold things down.  Can thing of several explanations, but need a detailed exam to be sure.

Symptoms not related: unless you used a dirty needle, those symptoms should be unrelated to injection of cyanocobalamin (b12). if you have redness, swelling, or tenderness at the injection site, then there may be some association

Virus: It sounds like you have a virus of some kind, probably gastroenteritis.  Keep hydrated and see your doctor if you have any bleeding or other problems with the pregnancy.  Based on your description, i don't think your symptoms have to do with your pregnancy.

Other symptoms: Sound like the early course of most stomach viruses. The pulse,resps and temp are all within expected limits. If he has taken in enough fluids to pee every 6 hours,is alert and able to respond well, you can monitor at home. If it persists or you get spooked by his look or pattern, take him to his regular doc during regular hours. The ER is often a poor place for a 6 yo with mild illness.

Testicle pain : Testicle pain is not usually associated with the flu. He may have another infection or two things going on. I can imagine that someone can get dehydrated from not drinking enough fluids from a "stomach flu" then develop a kidney stone that causes testicle pain but usually also back pain too. You should see a doctor.
