Dysautonomia: The food going into the stomach automatically sends a signal into the lower brain computer. The computer has become too reactive and a sympathetic nerve reflex causes sweating and other symptoms.Commonest cause is poor diet, particularly sugar and sweeteners.

It's possible, but..: Your symptoms are too nonspecific.  Your limited information does not provide a context for symptom onset, severity, or duration.  Especially if distress persists, or is accompanied by bleeding, worsening pain, lightheadedness, or development of vomiting or fever, then get a good examination with appropriate testing for reassurance and/or treatment.

now i have a slue of symptoms. dysphagia, sore throat, tender xiphoid, and random body aches. when i lift my arms above my head you can see the xiphoid. hiatal hernia?

Look Deeper: A wise mentor told me 20 years ago, that when a patient's symptoms don't improve - expand the search and look much deeper, something is being overlooked. If a patient returns to the ER a 3rd time, strongly consider admitting them and obtaining consultations from other doctors.

Any person with the symptoms mentioned is concerning and warrant prompt reevaluation.

Not usually: Actually temperature may go up a little (not a fever though) after eating due to the "specific dynamic action" of food metabolism. Digesting and metabolizing food genrates heat. You may notice this if you eat something while out in the cold weather.

Possible allergy: One of the symptoms of food allergies is itching; other symptoms are hives, swelling, vomiting, diarrhea and worse case scenario is anaphylaxis.  It is not unusual for adults to develop seafood allergies in particular crustaceans such as crab, lobster and shrimp.  An allergist can confirm by allergy testing if this is an allergy.  Avoid crabs until seen by an allergist.
