A : A body lift procedure is a major surgery that entails removing excess skin all the way around the lower abdomen. Since this procedure is extensive and lengthy, general anesthesia and an overnight hospital stay is requiried. This procedure produces massive results and improvement in body image. It does not come without risk. Risks such as infection, bleeding , allergic reaction the anesthesia, fluid collection, hematoma and fatality are possible. You may return to normal activities, typically, in about 2-4 weeks, but no strenous activity for 8 weeks.
You will have a lot to think about in terms of self care and recovery if you have small children.

After bariatric surgery, the currently recommended waiting period before having a lower body lift, or other body contouring procedures, is one year. This allows your body to adjust to it's new physiology. At a year your weight will be more stable, and your GI tract will be better adapted to absorbing the nutrients needed to heal after surgery. Waiting one year will decrease the risk of complications and aesthetically improve your results.

While : While the results of a body lift are permanent, you still go through the changes of aging. If you get pregnant and have a child after a body lift you may see changes in your body that you might want to improve. Without : Without knowing exactly what list you are referring to, it is difficult to answerr this question.  In general, after adjustable gastric banding, restrictions are dietary (liquids and purees for a defined period of time) as well as physical (no heavy lifting, no driving a car or operating heavy machinery while taking opiod pain meds, etc.).
There would be no dietary restrictions after body contouring, but you should refer to your plastic surgeon for physicl limitations.
