Should be fine: Antibodies to HCV can be a false positive, indicate prior resolved infection or active infection.  However a negative PCR means that you do not harbor an active infection.  As long as it remains negative and your liver function tests are normal, you should be able to pass your medical exam.

Cost-effective: The hcv RNA test is more expensive, so not good for the initial screening. The hepatitis c antibody test is cheap, so you can test a large population of people. If the antibody is positive, then those people need a viral load test (hcv rna) to see if they actually have active infection.  Some people with antibodies spontaneously clear the hcv, so it is important to get both if the antibody is +.

May be: Do you mean to ask, "am i a suitable kidney donor?". It depends on rest of your health and markers for infectious diseases. If you are otherwise healthy you could certainly donate to a person who is already sero-positive for hep c.

Probably but ask MD: You want to avoid going as high as 2000 to minimize liver problems (lower dose if you are a small individual). Make sure your Trileptal level is in the therapeutic range and that your sodium level is not low on Trileptal. (blood test) You can have your liver enzymes checked at the same time to make sure you are tolerating the Tylenol (acetaminophen). Make sure your Vit D level is OK if you have back pain.

HCV testing: HCV infection is usually chronic, and patients are asymptomatic. It takes approximately 6–8 weeks for body to produce detectable antibodies to HCV  antigen. Virus RNA may be detected in 1-2 weeks by current standard RT-PCR in asymptomatic patients after infection. For acute symptomatic HCV infection, viral RNA may be detectable by the time the patient has symptoms or in 1-2 days.

Probably cleared: The hcv viral load tests are not fda approved to confirm active infection, although this is how most doctors use it. If a repeat viral load in around 4 months is also negative, people are considered to have spontaneously cleared infection.

: Hiv is transmitted thru exchange of body fluids. Your scenario did not involve that. But why get involved in a situation you have to worry about later?

All tests conclusive: Test results always are more valid than symptoms and your test results are conclusive for HCV, HBV, and HIV. You have been seriously overtested already; don't have any more. Your symptoms don't suggest any of these things anyway. If you indeed have abnormal LFTs, they are not caused by hepatitis B or C. See a doctor.
