A little bit of fever and body ache could be expected. If symptoms are not improving now, or God forbid worsening, you'll need to let the doc who gave the shots know that. You could take some Tylenol in the meantime.

As soon as it is feasible, exercise (walking, yoga, calisthenics) when you are at your destination. If the flight is long enough, get up from your seat and walk the length of the airplane to break up the prolonged sitting period.
