Dryness: The most common reason for morning blur is eye dryness.  The tear flow drops at night and the action of the lids is minimized until you wake up.  You might try putting a lubricating eyedrop into your eye just before going to sleep like systane or refresh which can help minimize this time of blur in the morning.

Blurred : Blurred vision and numbness are worrisome signs. If you have not done so already you need to see your doctor. You may be dealing with diabetes, or a neurological issue, such as a TIA (transient ischemic attack). After a history and exam your doctor will have a better idea of what is going on, and additional tests may be ordered.

Need evaluation.: Likely a migraine headache, but there are other things as well that need to be checked, such as angle closure glaucoma. Have your friend at least see an ophthalmologist.

Blurred vision: Is it one eye or both?  If one eye a vascular issue more likely.  Blood glucose, electrolyte, fluids, thyroid, medications all possibilities causing blurred vision.

Prolactinoma: If you have a high Prolactin level then that explains the lack of periods and the vision problems. High Prolcatin is caused by a benign brain tumor called a Prolactinoma. It requires treatment with medication - usually Bromotcriptine. See a doctor for diagnosis and treatment

Possible: The body undergoes metabolic cycling during the menstrual cycle.  For some this includes dryness of the eyes, mouth and other tissues.  With tear supplementation you should do well.  These things are not hazardous.

Late with period : At 19 yrs old, you should  always practice safe sex and use some type of birth control. That being said, you need to see your  pop (primary care doctor) to check  your blood  and confirm you are not pregnant. You could also have a cold which can cause  similar symptoms  drink plenty of fluids   do not take a lot of pain meds until  you  know you are not pregnant. Good luck!  in good health!

Grainy: You might be anemic or borderline anemic.  See your primary care doctor for an exam and blood testing.
