Prolactinoma: If you have a high Prolactin level then that explains the lack of periods and the vision problems. High Prolcatin is caused by a benign brain tumor called a Prolactinoma. It requires treatment with medication - usually Bromotcriptine. See a doctor for diagnosis and treatment
