Yes and no: A popped blood vessel on the outside of the eye usually causes a subconjunctival hemorrhage, where the eye is bright red over the white part.  This should not affect vision.  A popped vessel on the inside, such as in diabetic retinopathy, can cause a vitreous hemorrhage, which definitely can cause blurry vision.

Blood in eyes: If suffiencently large hemorrhage, may interfer with lid movement over the cornea, affecting the tear film--&gt;blurred vision. Try use of artificial tear 4-6x per day until resolves. See eye care doc if persist.

Maybe : It depends where the blood vessel is. If it is in the eye yes. This would occur for several reasons the most common is diabetes but hypertension can do it. Other reason could be retinal detachment. If it is in the white of the eye also sclera, it looks terrible but little danger to affect sight or blurred vision. If is causing blurred vision , see eye doc now. 
One other cause is trauma.

Get Eval.: The answer depends upon how long you have had it, how much vision disturbance you have, whether it is strictly one-sided, your age, other health, and other criteria.  However, some significant problems can be related.  Get ophthalmological evaluation.  Depending on what is seen the doctor can refine the possibilities.  Consider Cluster HA, SUNCT syndrome, cavernous vein, glaucoma, other.

Depends: The blur is probably due to blood in the vitreous which can take weeks or months to be absorbed.

NOT: Side effects of monistat. You may have systemic yeast and need a course of Fluconazole and Nystatin for bowel yeast.

A few possibilities: This could be due to allergies, dry eyes, or eye infections.  All can start or affect 1 eye first.  The treatments are very different. For allergies, zaditor (ketotifen) is a good otc eye medicine.  For dry eyes, lubricating tears are necessary.  For infection, usually of the eyelids, start with eyelid warm compress and diluted baby shampoo scrubs.  You should have a baseline exam with your eye doctor.

Cheek normal: It is not uncommon to have some numbness in the area of swelling when you have mumps due to nerve irritation. the visual blurring is not normal. He should see a doctor as soon as possible.

Bppv : You have the most common cause  of  dizziness .  It is called benign positional  vertigo.  It is caused by having small crystals  (calcium deposits that have broken off from the sense organ in the  semicircular  canal).  These crystals give you the sensation  you are moving, when you are not and they make you feel dizzy or lightheaded.  This will wake you up from your sleep .  See an ENT to fix it
