Strange: Never heard of this but I would recommend an oral surgeon or an ENT for evaluation.  Need a though history and exam.

i have 2 purple-blue-ish marks on the top of my tongue, on each side, my dentist told me that its nothing to be concerned about, should i be worried?

Do you.....: Do you trust your dentist? If you do, then you should trust his\her judgement and advice. If you don't, find another dentist whom you do. Did you ask what the marks actually were? If not, then please do as this should allay your fears. My guess would be small varicose veins at or near the surface.

Concerning symptoms: Thank you for caring so much about your young sister. I am worried about the things you describe here.  Sounds like something neurologic, where the systems that control the basic functions of your body, or something cardiac (to do with the heart) could be going on. Please encourage your parents to have her seen by a pediatrician very soon.

Emergency: With the understanding that I am not a physician, i would recommend that you have her seen immediately by your pediatrician\primary care physician, a 24\7 medical care facility physician or at the er of a local hospital for an evaluation.

Dentist & physician: See an oral surgeon or an oral pathologist for a consultation.  There may or may not also be medical considerations complicating matters, so you may have to see a physician as well.  There are medications to treat this.

Could be: Pigment or a large vein. Generally nothing to worry about however i would have my dentist check it to be on the safe side as i cannot diagnose inn this medium.
