Should be fine: Penicillin was traditionally isolated from specific molds, but the concentration is very low.  I am unaware of this ever being a problem, even in the case of severe allergy.

Not the same: The color of bleu cheese is not produced by penicillium, although imagine that if it sat around long enuf and became contaminated this could grow on it.

Ingredients...: ...in the cream cheese. Check the label. You could be allergic to one of them. Difficult to pinpoint which one. You may benefit from visiting an allergist to determine what other foods to which you may be allergic.

: What do you mean by skin sensitivity? If you have rashes with itching and goat's products are new to you, they could be the culprit so you should stop eating them. If sensitivity just means itching or other feeling without rashes, allergic reaction is less likely although you have exposed to new foods then you just watch and see.
