i have a nuclear stress test tomorrow at 7 am. i accidentally consumed part of a kind bar that had dark chocolate at 4 pm today. will this lead to cancellation of the stress test?

: If you're having a simple nuclear stress test the only medication you'll receive is the radioactive isotope that is injected intravenously. The little bit of chocolate you ate wouldn't interfere with this. Also it shouldn't affect your heart rate or blood pressure significantly. Just the same, call the cardiovascular lab&amp; inform them of the chocolate ingestion the day before. Ifeel they'll agree.

hi doctor, i have mild tinnitus. i'm thinking of using noise cancellation headphone. will this worsen my tinnitus?

Depends.: The key with tinnitus &amp;#40;ringing/noise in ears&amp;#41; is to try to mask it with background noise. Simply put, it becomes harder to hear the tinnitus against more background noise. If you use headphones to listen to low level music/sound, then tinnitus is improved during this since it gets masked.  If you simply cancel out all ambient noise resulting in silence, tinnitus becomes more noticeable instead.

are headphones with "digital signal processing (dsp) or "full duplex echo cancellation" good for people with tinnitus or mild hearing loss?

Rare: If worried could begin medicine to prevent an outbreak. Theoretically if you had an active outbreak the eggs when removed or the embryos when placed back in could become infected and cause major problems. But certainly not a common problem to occur.
