Nosebleeds: High blood pressure does not generally cause nosebleeds; an exception may be hypertensive crisis, where the BP is very high and causes organ damage. But for the most part high blood pressure is "silent" -- there are no symptoms. Treating high BP reduces the risk of stroke and other complications so do please check your blood pressure to find out if you need treatment.

Frequent : Frequent nose bleeds and easy bruising with a small needle (botox) suggests "thin" blood such as we see with Aspirin or vitamin E users.  You should discuss this with your primary care doctor and have your platelet count and clotting factors checked.  This can simply be hereditary.
