Possibly: Bloody mucus from the rectum can be many things such as bleeding hemorrhoids, infections, inflammation, and malignancies.  Your age, family history, medical problems, recent travel, sick exposures, activities, and medications will be important for your physician to review .  You should see your doctor to discuss the possible causes and treatments.

Depends: Pruritus ani , hemorrhoids, fissures and fistula can also cause blood when wiping. Each is treated somewhat differently and so a specialist is best to get evaluated by so as to make the correct diagnosis. I assume that you are not having blood mixed in stool or in the water. Either way see a colorectal surgeon for a thorough evaluation.

every morning when anxiety is high i have up to 3-6 bm, normal & loose. colonscopy diagnosis hemorrhoid in 2011. bm brown but tp wiping shows bloody streaks.

Colonoscopy: Without knowing your age or history, the best way to rule out other causes is to get a colonoscopy. This is not normal and finding the reason for both the diarrhea and the bleeding is important. See a GI doctor or colorectal surgeon to be evaluated properly.

Maybe: How bloody? Was it painful? For a young 33 year old without other medical issues like bleeding disorder, blood thinner use or ibd, you are most likely dealing with a hemorrhoid bleed.  If it hurts quite a lot, it maybe a fissure.  Should see a doctor if it persists, recurs.

Yes: Due to breakdown of blood by bacteria in the intestine, the stool can turn black. Blood from any source in the intestine can turn the stool black so you should check with your doctor regarding other possible sources besides hemorrhoids (including AV malformation, polyp, bowel inflammation).

i have had hemorrhoid trouble all my like with on and off constipation. i had bright red blood like i sometimes do in the toilet today along with when i wiped like a bloody mucus or clot. is this normal when u have hemorrhoids to have the little clot?

Yes: Hemorrhoids bleed to various degree.  People on blood thinners or anti platelet issues more common. Having some bloody mucus with or without clots is not unheard of.

You need to: undergo colonoscopy to exclude possibility of other causes of rectal bleeding, such as tumor, colitis, diverticulosis, or angiodysplasia.  Rectal bleeding is abnormal.

BRBPR: BRBPR = Bright red blood per rectum. Top 2 causes are hemorrhoids and fissures. You need to be examined because they are treated differently. If it is not apparent from the exam , blood work/stool samples and a colonoscopy may be needed.
