It depends.: I do not think that a heart condition is likely, given your age and results under normal conditions.  It depends on when you get these episodes, and under what circumstances.  If they happen during a hectic period in your day, like at work, etc., i would say anxiety is likely.  However, if they occur at random points during your day, or after exertion, i would say get a stress test, etc..

: It could be. Have you seen a Neurologist? Have you seen your Dentist to rule out periodontal disease?

Sounds like: some of your symptoms may be related to your fibromyalgia.  It does not look like you are taking any medication for this.  If you are having swelling/edema in your extremities that can also be a cause for the "burst veins".  Varicose veins can also become inflamed, causing your symptoms.  I would recommend you see your doctor to have these addressed.  There ARE treatments for fibromyalgia!

Less common, bleeding ulcer/discharge from sinus/ulcerations in mouth or throat.

Get it checked out!: Blood in the saliva could be from a number of things. Periodontal disease (gum disease) is one. Inflamed tonsils, oral pathology, throat pathology, salivary gland pathology, etc. As a ylung person, it could be dry nasal mucosa that is bleeding a little bit and it's ending up in your saliva.
