: With your metabolic abnormalities &amp; MRI findings I think there's enough evidence to diagnose fatty liver without cirrhosis. I assume you're abstaining from alcohol.and seeing a dietician or nutritionist to get on a proper diet and prevent further liver damage. Be followed by a hepatologist or a gastroenterologist for best care&amp; appropriate testing.

It might be a benign: Many benign processed can cause hypergammaglobulinemia, which are benign elevations without a para -protein or m-spike on serum protein electrophoresis(spe)&gt; it all depends on how high is the gammaglobulin level and making sure the liver functions are ok and there is no chronic inflammation(like rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis etc) going on  inside the body.
