Sca/ha: Those findings bode well.  If there is no history of sca/ha in your family, spend your time worrying about something else.

Not thyroid: Could be one or more of many things, but if thyroid levels are normal, it's not thyroid. Remember, diseases cause signs and symptoms, but the presence of signs/symptoms don't necessary mean a certain disease is present. That's what your doctor is for, have them help you.

Seek Evaluation: It would be reasonable and appropriate to get an evaluation. There are hematologic disorders associated with elevated eosinophils and lymph nodes that are treatable to avoid long term adverse consequences.

Likely: The body does  not turn on and off like a light switch and it will take many more days if not weeks to get a reliable assay on your TSH.  Monitor it under your doctor's direction.

Fatigue: Do you sleep well? Do you work swing shift or night shift? Have there been major stressors in your life recently like new home, marriage, divorce, new job, job loss, loss of a loved one or favorite pet? Perhaps your doc should screen you for depression. Congratulations that blood work & thyroid us were normal.

Yes: Patients can have normal function of the thyroid which is measured by blood test but have an enlarged thyroid or thyroid nodules which are seen with imaging such as an ultrasound.

Possible: If the blood tests for thyroid function are normal, i.e., tsh, free T4 and T3 (liothyronine) are all normal, it is sill possible to have thyroid pathology that may reduce the reserves of the gland.  If this is a concern, consulting an endocrinologist would be prudent.  However, normal test results generally rule out functional deficits of thyroid hormones.

an ultrasound of my thyroid showed enlargement and cysts on both sides, i have all the symptoms of hypothyroidism but my blood tests were normal ?

No surprise: Symtoms of hypothyroidism are nonspecific, with normal T4 T3 (liothyronine) TSH ruling out thyroid as cause. Look for another cause for your symptoms. Nodules are extremely common and if the imaging is not concerning for cancer, you should relax. Nodules do not cause hypothyroidism. Stay proactive and good luck

Probably not, but...: There is something we call sub-clinical hypothyroidism in which the usual blood tests don't show a thyroid problem. A TRH stimulation test is helpful, but cumbersome, time-consuming and expensive. Don't ask for it. My advice is to open your mind to other reasons for whatever is making you think there is something wrong with your thyroid. Get evaluated for your complaints, not for your theories.

when do cysts and nodules in thyroid need to be investigated further? blood tests normal levels.

Depending: Generally they are followed through time. Pure thyroid cysts that are small dont really need to be watched. Other nodules should at least have repeat ultrasound to make sure nothing changes. If they have concerning features we biopsy them.
