any idea what would cause  these

How do you FEEL?: If the white cell values are not extremely out of range, and all are well formed, I would not worry about them. Iron is more worrisome as even without anemia, low values can war of poor nutrition or bleeding from an uncertain or tumor. Nobody here can really tell you much more than that we are glad you are amtaking an active role in understanding your health.

See a doctor!: Hi. I don't know how "high" your values are, but my advice is see the doc who ordered the tests about the results. If you're not satisfied with his/her explanation, get a second opinion. I can think of many bad things this could be, speculating without more information. The internet is no place for your case! Need to examine: What did your doctor, who ordered these tests, say? The lab results indicate inflammation, but do not provide a specific diagnosis.

Pancytopenia: You didn't mention why you are on remicade (infliximab).  Your white blood count, red blood count, and platelet counts are all low and your ESR is very high.  You need to see your doctor.  You may need other labs, or you may need to see a hematologist.

Need to examine: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are suggestive of an auto-immune disorder. If you drink alcohol, stop entirely and repeat the tests in 3 months, unless your symptoms worsen.

ESR: Slightly elevated sedimentation rate on it's own is not a good indicator of anything specific. If there are symptoms or illness or recent illness, it may just indicate that it's resolving. Esr on it's own cannot be used to screen patients for diseases.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, rheumatoid factor is not a specific marker for rheumatoid arthritis. It can be positive in many situations, including recovery from infection. High blood fat per se is not a cause of +RA factor.

Hard to guess: Normal, healthy people don't get these blood tests done, so it is hard to know what's going on without seeing the whole picture. That means one's primary care doctor can discuss the lab results and take it from there. Usually he is the ordering doctor, and usually there are more test results. When the results are quite elevated, not just slightly, the patient may have inflammation or infection.
