Bump on head: Use ice to the area to take the swelling down.  If you lost consciousness have headaches or any memory issues, you should get it checked out by a doctor.  My guess is you will be just fine with ice and rest.  Ice it 30 min every hour.

Trichilemmal Cysts: Trichilemmal or pilar cysts are common intradermal or subcutaneous cysts, occurring in 5-10% of the population.Greater than 90% occur on the scalp, where trichilemmal cysts are the most common cutaneous cyst. Trichilemmal cysts are almost always benign. They may be sporadic or they may be autosomal dominantly inherited. Surgery is the only cure.

Because it is: When you lay down, 500-1000ml of blood volume which had previously been stored in the legs is released from the pull of gravity and can contribute to the perfusion pressures of the head and brain, and gravity is no longer decreasing the pressure of blood rising to the head.  The brain rapidly compensates for this but the facial vessels much less rapidly so you can get a transient flushing.

it it is severe and persistent see a doctor ,preferably a neurologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Low Blood Pressure?: Generally, this indicates a problem with the body's ability to maintain it's blood pressure creating rapid changes from low to high or high to low blood pressure. When our body senses a drop in blood pressure (real or not) it will send blood rushing to the head since the brain requires more blood than any other part to live. Some medications can cause this also. See your md if you have not already.

Spit blood: My guess is you bit your tongue or hit your nose hard and bleed from that. But show to your Dr. if not.

Yes: High blood pressure can cause dizziness or feeling "foggy". If that happens, it's a warning sign that you need to be checked out by a doctor and, if due to hypertension, have that better controlled with diet, weight reduction, exercise, stress reduction, and medication.

Don't wait: Not good to ignore head pain in the face of hypertension...See your doctor...If the head pain is the worse you've ever had, effects your vision or your blood pressure is much higher than normal---go to the ed.
