See your doctor: You may just have anxiety or other benign reasons for your blood pressure to rise and crash, or something more serious (and much more rare!) like pheochromocytoma.  The only way to check is with a detailed history and exam, with labs.

However, if your blood pressure rises or falls rapidly or varies widely, or if it reaches extremes of lows or highs, you can "feel" it. These changes may cause headaches, mood changes, chest pain, fatigue, dizziness etc. If this occurs talk to your doctor!

Second opinion: Most likely you have postural hypotension, and to evaluate, you need to take BP both down and up.  Anemia, thyroid problems, inner ear problems, and vascular flow in posterior circulation need to be assessed.  Also question of hydration.  Get a second opinion!!

Her : Her doctor needs to be advised. Depending on the extent of hypotension, her doctor may need to adjust her medications.
