Feeling the pressure: Hi yogafan1. Typically small changes in blood pressure occur naturally and do not cause major symptoms or make you feel a certain way. However, if your blood pressure rises or falls rapidly or varies widely, or if it reaches extremes of lows or highs, you can "feel" it. These changes may cause headaches, mood changes, chest pain, fatigue, dizziness etc. If this occurs talk to your doctor!
