Prophylactic meds: Of the blood pressure medications that have been used for migraine prophylaxis, the beta blockers (propranolol, atenolol) and calcium channel blockers (verapamil).  Each of these medications has a different side effect profile, and a neurologist can help you find the best option for you.

Migraines: Migraines can cause increased BP. ONe is to have an evaluation. Decide if BP is not related. with regard to migraines - there is a new CRGP drug that has good benefit in migraines - IN US it is Aimovig. Results have been very good.

Not often but: People with complex migraines headaches might have low blood pressure - but could also have high or normal blood pressure.  If your blood pressure is especially low it may eliminate 2 classes of drugs (calcium channel blockers and beta blockers) from your preventive arsenal, and that may be why your doctors care about it.

No: High BP can give headaches but these are not migraines.  Migraines however can raise blood pressure as any pain through increased adrenergic state.

Temporal artery: Your BP is normal and it is not uncommon to see your temporal artery pulsate and it is probably unrelated to your migraine

Blood pressure: A single glass of wine is unlikely to cause a problem in your case. I wouldn't advise multiple glasses of wine however. If its a tasting might just taste a few in small amounts so the total is maybe a whole glass.

A : A difference in blood pressure from one arm to the other can be due to arterial disease, with hardening of the arteries leading to a narrowing of the blood vessel that supplies one of the arms; specifically the one with the lower blood pressure reading.  This is generally seen in older patients with established vascular disease and is usually not dangerous.  The blood pressure in the higher reading arm should be used when making decisions regarding medications for high blood pressure.  Differential blood pressure readings, especially when lower in the left arm, can also be due to disease in the aorta, which can affect younger patients and can be very serious.  From what you have described i would advise you to have this evaluated further.
