Not often but: People with complex migraines headaches might have low blood pressure - but could also have high or normal blood pressure. If your blood pressure is especially low it may eliminate 2 classes of drugs (calcium channel blockers and beta blockers) from your preventive arsenal, and that may be why your doctors care about it.

Probably not: Complex migraines are caused by many different factors including genetics, diet, stress and alcohol, but low blood pressure hasn't been associated with migraines.
