Can migraines be linked to high blood pressure? i get occasional migraines along with optical migraines frequently.

No: High BP can give headaches but these are not migraines. Migraines however can raise blood pressure as any pain through increased adrenergic state.

Probably not....: Probably not. You could however get headaches not classified as migraines from high blood pressure. Perhaps our neurology colleagues know more about this.
