2 months: Red blood cells take 6 to 8 weeks to replenish. There are many other components of blood that replenish sooner such as plasma. However, most donation centers do not allow repeated donation sooner than 8 week. After donation it is advised to hold off on strenuous activity for a few days. If you get lightheaded or dizzy, then rest is advised and you should see your physician for evaluation.

Weight : Weight loss is such a frustrating thing.  Our bodies evolved to hold onto weight, and it can be very difficult once a plateau is reached.  I have to say, that losing 30 pounds is amazing, so congratulations.  You are doing everything right.  You might need to "jump start" your weight loss by a change in exercise program.  You may want to consult a personal trainer, or ask a staff member at your gym for more variety in your routine.   Again, congratulations on losing 30 pounds, that is fantastic.

i did blood test recently. my sgot and sgpt was high, 351& 115 respectively. i am active in gym yoga n weight training. what should i do? i m worried.

Liver is in Trouble: You should be worried. You must find out why your liver is in such trouble and work with your physician to limit the damage and restore your liver functions to normal.

i exercise 6 days per week including weight training and cardio. i'm on a high protein diet and my blood work just came back with creatinine  levels of 1.2. should this be of concern?

Most likely not: Serum creatinine depends on several factors and one of them is muscle mass, doing regular excersice 6/week may establish the value slightly higher than it would be without training. Having said that in young person i would make sure that there is no urine abnormalities, that would suggest other potential problems. If normal and there is no new complains, i would probably monitor yearly.

Kind of, but: Your body send blood to where it's needed most. Exercise will increase blood flow throughout the body, but primarily to muscles doing the exercise. When you eat, the increased blood flow goes to the stomach and intestines. Want to guess what activity causes it to be diverted to the penis and away from the brain?

is there any connection between irritable bowel syndrome, weight loss and penis staying shrunken when flaccid? blood work is normal.

May be: all could be effected by brain cortex - increased anxiety, stress etc.  Talk to your doctor about possible underlying causes

Control BP first: Your blood pressure (BP) will go up during exercise. This is normal physiology however you want to make sure that your resting BP is normal before starting vigorous exercise. Most dietary restrictions such as cutting caffeine and salt intake help albeit very little. If this is enough for you, great. Otherwise there's nothing wrong with taking meds. Ideal resting BP should be ~110/60.

Both see doctor: Unless your partner is near her menstrual period and without other symptoms, then both of you should see your doctors for questioning and a physical examination.  This could be a sign of something like trauma or an STD, so seeing your doctor is a good idea.

More information: Other factors must be considered, such as: is there any pain involved, does it occur on its own or when you are urinating or when/after you have sex? it is important to put together more information for a more complete picture, but in general, I would suggest you have your doctor look at it and tell them all your symptoms so that they can figure out why you are bleeding. That's not normal.

Injury to the kidney or bladder, tumors of the urinary tract, stones, infections & prostate problems are examples of causes. Visible blood indicates a significant amount of blood is being passed into the urinary tract, which requires prompt workup and management.
