No: It is never normal to have blood in urine.  Although mostly from simple causes it is essential to rule out cancer in the non functioning kidneys as it is much more common than the general population.  Treatment is surgical removal of the kidney and is generally curative as these are slow growing tumors.

Yes, possible: Above scenario appears consistent with a passed stone, however you are left with the 2 conditions that contributed, taking a blood thinner and the propensity of forming stones and the risk for another such episode in the future remains high. Possibly: The only way to determine whether the blood comes from the rectum or not is to try to get a clean catch sample of urine that prevents contamination from anorectal or vaginal discharges. Wash off the vagina and place a cup against the urethra to collect the urine specimen. A urinalysis with a microscopic examination is then best to look for microscopic evidence of blood in the urine.

Hematuria : You will probably need a cystoscopy to definitely exclude a bladder tumor or a polyp. Only then would your hematuria be a mystery?
