stool indicates that your food is moving through your intestines more quickly than usual and not giving your bile a chance to turn the normal brown color. By itself, this is not a sign of a specific illness. Abdominal pain with normal studies may be due to the Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Heme + stool on FIT: At your age, finding something serious would be unusual. It could be hemorrhoids or contamination if it was done during a menstrual period.
If you've had bowel habit changes such as more frequent stools or abdominal pains, it may be a good idea to pursue the colonoscopy.
Another reason to pursue a colonoscopy would be if members of your family have had cancer in the digestive tract.

Maybe: Not all the time because you may only have intermediate blood.The best test is a colonoscopy.

Blood on toilet pape: This most likely is from an anal fissure or hemorrhoids but there are many things, some very serious, that can cause blood in the stool.  Often there can be blood in the stool that isn't visible.

You should see your physician to get this evaluated.

Malabsorption: It could be from food malabsorption and my require GI work-up but could also be from depression or psychological issues.  Cancer is least likely.

Weightloss: Unexplained weightloss is always suspicious for malignancy and lymphoma in your age group would not be unusual. What do you mean "blood work was fine"? what were you tested for?

: Constipation is not the definitive sign of cancer. FIT is over 90% accurate.

THOUGHTS??: are CLEAR ....you need to have a complete evaluation by awho can look for the Board Certified Gastroenterologist who can take a look and find out why you are bleeding!! 
BTW this has NOTHING to do with your Gallbladder!
