See your dr: Having a funny taste in your mouth, and spitting up blood is not normal. So it's best to go to your doctor, and let s/he look into this deeper, and see exactly what is going on. S/he will have to do a physical exam, and may need to refer you to an ENT doctor if warranted. Finding the source of the bleed is important! then, you'll know the cause.

Morning: Most of the time this symptom emanates from the mouth or posterior nasal passages with some dripping of mucus. Apparently you don't have any associated bleeding. If you want to pursue this symptom further, consult an otolaryngologist for thorough examination of nose and throat. I don't think that the hypertension is responsible for your symptoms.

INH hepatitis: Isoniazid (inh) can cause liver damage, and so can alcohol.  Drinking alcohol increases the risk of inh hepatitis.
