how to get rid of blood- filled pimples?

This is serious: I'm going to assume that this is severe acne. You aren't going to be able to manage this by yourself. Your personal physician may start with topical benzoyl peroxide plus an antibiotic, perhaps an oral tetracycline. If you are offered a dermatology consult for isotretinoin, consider doing it though it is not for the faint-hearted. Best wishes, and be strong.

i have large painful pimples filled with puss and blood some about 1 cm big.they were on my shoulders and chest first . now i get them on my waste.

Pustules: it sounds like it could be pustular or cystic acne, but I can't say for sure without seeing it up close.  I think you need to make an appointment with your primary care doctor, or a dermatologist if that is possible, ASAP. You will probably be prescribed antibiotics, and possibly Accutane if it is nodular or cystic acne. Please make an appointment first thing tomorrow. I hope that helps.

Have it checked out: This is not a normal finding.  It is unlikely anything serious, but it should be checked out.

All you did was: Convert a closed wound to an open one.  Leave them alone, rinse your mouth with warm saline (1 tsp table salt in a quart of water approximates that), and leave it alone for a week.

i have a large swollen bump that is filled with puss and blood on the top of my penile shaft. it has 2 white tops and it very tender to the touch. could this just be a severe pimple?

: Please see a Urologist very soon. In the meantime use warm compresses to the area. It sounds like a local infection. Hope you do well

Any piercing?: This sounds like a deeper infection than a pimple. Did you have a piercing there? The bursting and simple drainage was not enough so a medical professional should examine your ear for foreign particles, and deep infection it could require lancing drainage and antibiotic.

Cyst: Its probably a cyst.  These often need to be surgically drained and then removed.

i had a skin outbreak 5 years ago, started as a pimple the became a puss filled rash that covered my arms, body and thighs. allergy test was negative, blood tests showed nothing, healed after 3 to 4 wks. was it herpes?

Not likely.: Herpes apparently occurs regularly with trauma and sun exposure.  This seems more like poison ivy or some staph infection of a skin pore that got out of control.

No: Ocassional bruising and pain at the site of a previous venipuncture would be a more common acceptable complication.  Pimples, or pustules at the site of trauma is very suspicious for infection.  Please see your in person physician right away.  Best wishes

Several things: You describe symptoms that can only be honestly assessed by your doctor in his or her office.  Only after a thorough evauation will he/she be able to come up with what's wrong and what to do to get you better.
