: !.  Depends on what type of kidney stone you have.  You did not say.  Ask your Dr what type you have if you do not know.
2.  No food will help blood clots in your urine. 
3.  Once you find the type and what foods get the app Cronometer and track what you are eating.  Such as how much sodium and calcium.  And drink water enough so your urine is no longer yellow if your Dr. approves.

Pregnant ?: Nausea and vomiting with a prolonged menstrual cycle with clots are symptoms of pregnancy, but the pregnancy may be outside the uterus (ectopic). Get a serum HCG test and see your gyn doctor immediately if positive. Less urgently, see your doctor if negative for an exam and other testing.

Be careful: Both tumeric and ginger can increase the efficacy of your medication to treat blood clots resulting in an  increased tendency to bleed.  I would not expect it to be a problem if you are using these herbs as spices to flavor your food, but would expect a problem if you are taking them as a supplement. Be careful with the amount you ingest and have your lab values followed.

Risk factors: There are numerous risk factors in otherwise healthy persons - medications (hormone therapy, contraceptive pills), long journeys, inherited risk factors to name a few. Many times though a definite cause can not be identified.

Yes: Maintaining an adequate nutrition following any surgery is important.  If you are taking pain medication, it is important to have something in your stomach before taking the pain med to decrease the risk of nausea.  Start with a soft diet, drink liquids, and advance your diet as tolerated.

DVT: 20yo is kinda young to have blood clots in legs but it's not that rare either, especially in those w/genetic risks eg thrombophilia, taking estrogen-based birth control, have had recent major surgery or traveled extensively w/o much movement eg transoceanic flight. Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) can loosen &amp; move to lungs where they're deadly eg pulmonary embolism. Go to ER immediately for treatment
