DVT: 20yo is kinda young to have blood clots in legs but it's not that rare either, especially in those w/genetic risks eg thrombophilia, taking estrogen-based birth control, have had recent major surgery or traveled extensively w/o much movement eg transoceanic flight. Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) can loosen & move to lungs where they're deadly eg pulmonary embolism. Go to ER immediately for treatment
