Several: There are several types of blood clots.  They can occur in arteries or in veins.  Clots in arteries can occur from chronic narrowing or from an embolism (such as a clot coming from the heart).  Clots in veins can either be in the superficial or deep veins.  Superficial clots are called superficial phlebitis and deep are called dvt.  Any clot should be evaluated by a vascular surgeon.

Several conditions: A blood clot that blocks a deep vein in your body is called a deep venous thrombosis and depending on where it occurs can put you at risk for a pulmonary embolus which is a blood clot that blocks a pulmonary artery. This can result in death
a blood clot that blocks an artery in your brain causes a thrombotic stroke
a blood clot that blocks an artery in the heart causes a heart attack.

what is the best examination to find smaller blood clots throughout the body and injuries to your blood vessels? what's the most detailed test?

No one test: D-dimer test is a good indicator of clots, large or small, but it is more useful to exclude clots , rather than diagnose those. Tests for vasculitis include ANCA, CRP, ESR and complement.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

: 'Leakage' occurs when tiny blood vessels break or burst. Clots on the other hand occlude the vessels. But the end result of both is the loss of blood supply to the area and hence harm.

i had blood clot heart attack 5 yrs ago, have 4 stents on my right blood vessel in my chest. what are usual chances of reoccurrance?

CAD: You have coronary artery disease if you are not on diet, exercise and polydrug program your chances of another event are good. If you are on a good program of not smoking, and the above reaching blood pressure targets and exercise and LDL 80mg/dl or less along with Aspirin and maybe plavix, (clopidogrel) you are doing what you can to prevent another event.

Confusing question: Consult a hand surgeon since these abnormalities need to be examined and can't be diagnosed by a verbal description

Possible recurrent: Depends in cause of bleeding. Stones recur at rare of 5 percent per year. Tumor or other bladder  lesion should be investigated  before recurrence.

can penile thrombosis and blood clots go away on their own? also what happens if i dont practice abstinence and keep masturbating while suffering from them? will i cause permanent damage to the veins, vessels or tissue?

: I hope you mean thrombosis of the superficial dorsal vein which can be easily seen . If so it will gradually harden- cord like and very gradually become smaller. masturbation while having it is not a good idea as it may delay healing.

Don't worry: This is a common occurrence and we see often.  Should feel better in a day or two.

Chances high not: blood clot, but perhaps irritated eyes! If you still have your sinusitis brewing that's not helping matters. So if your eye exam is normal, and they did a dilated exam too, you are in the clear. Your dilated blood vessels needs to be investigated if it's from contact lens overuse, dry eyes, or other causes.
