Trauma to leg: If your xr was negative, you most likely have a bruise on your leg or you might have hurt it after the fall.  Either way, i would suggest icing the area to clot your blood and watching it over the next couple of days.  If the busing persisted, i would consult a doctor and have your blood tested to clotting times.

: Regular exercise is a good preventive measure. Aspirin has risks and benefits and you need to discuss it with your doctor who knows you health history.

Knee pain : Is often difficult to diagnose. You need to see an orthopod that specializes in knees. It is difficult to tell if it is the tendons, muscles or something inside the knee from your description but xrays and an exam from a specialist will help to figure out your problem.

- birth control pills
- congestive heart failure
- ibd.
