See a Dr.: See your Dr or a Dr at an urgent care facility. This bleeding is probably caused by a blood vessel that just needs to be cauterized. It is a simple procedure with minimal risk and can be completed in a matter of minutes.

Needs to be seen: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Folliculitis is one possibility. Herpes is an std which can cause this. Other possibilities too. Schedule an exam. Hold pressure for now to help control the bleeding.

Hemangioma? Veins?: Have you discussed this with your gynecologist or internist. Is this following sex , pregnancy, or inactivity. There are several questions that need to be asked. This sounds suggestive of a vascular lesion associated with varicose veins but could be other infections or tumors or reaction. Meet with your gynecologist.

my platelets range from 140,000-200,000 my pt and inr is normal. but i still notice a lot of bleeding, petechiae, blood blisters in my mouth, and discoloration around eyes that looks like bruising. how could that be? what other test should i take.

Allergic Purpura: Since the platelets and the coagulation factors in your case may be within normal limits, the remaining cause for capillary bleeding is most likely related to weak capillary walls due to inflammation (hypersensitivity vasculitis) or Henoch-Shonlein purpura. Check back with a hematologist

Not usually: Usually they slowly heal and resolve.  Continued bleeding can be related to recurrent trauma.  Try to stop the bleeding with direct pressure, then protect it from further injury

Pressure: cleaning the area and applying pressure for a few minutes in most cases will stop all bleeding.
If you are on an anticoagulant like Coumadin (warfarin) or daily aspirin. Plavix then you will take longer to clot.

?Lip lesion: As described, it is tough to know what this is.  A growing blister with white spots in it?... not sure what to make of that.  May be a spider bite?  Infectious cyst?  Have it looked at and then you will know what it is and how to care for it.  Best wishes.

Needs to see: See podiatrist for properly diagnose and treat, could many things, including ulcer, abcess/infection or soft tissue growth. Was any trauma involved?
