Time: If the tiny blood blister is of recent onset and due to trauma, it will likely resolve and disappear with time. If the blood blister has been present for an extended period, it is possible it could represent a hemangioma (abnormal enlarged blood vessel) which should not pose a problem unless it is constantly traumatized and bleeds.  Your dentist can advise you or refer you to a specialist.

Scar: this is most likely a healing reaction, in other words, a potential scar. Unfortunately it tempts you to continue to bite the area, both intentionally and unintentionally. If you want it to heal, avoid doing that. A blood blister is a superficial bruise. the tissue was hurt and now it's trying to heal.

hello. i received lip filler 17 days ago and i was accidentally head butted on my lips. i have a small blood blister on my lip now from the head butt. i'm icing it. can my filler migrate from this?
