Petechia : Tiny little blood blisters/petechia can come from high pressure on the body and suffocation.  So depending on the extracurricular activity, this may be a result of that!

Poss. endometriosis: Based on your history, is is possible that you have an extra-pelvic (outside of the pelvis) endometriosis.  This would be rare but I have seen one case (ironically) in the shoulder joint approximately 18 years ago.  See your doctor for confirmation and a possible biopsy.

Get it checked out: If this is bright red it is probably a benign lesion called a hemangioma but if dark and not improving it may be a skin cancer such as melanoma and it should be evaluated as soon as possible to be on the safe side. There are many other benign (good) possibilities but without more information i think it would be best if you contacted your doctor on monday, .

May be: This May be a cherry hemangioma. It could be a bruise. Please see a dermatologist to get the correct diagnosis and treatment. It needs to be seen in person by a dermatologist.

Probably: I assume you mean a raised bump that looks red and is not tender or bleeding. If this is not growing or changing and blanches with pressure it may be a vascular angioma. On the other hand if changing, bleeding, ulcerated or with a white discharge it should be evaluated and considered for biopsy.
