Microscopic blood: Would follow up with  MD/ urgent care get urinalysis which would show microscopic blood coming from urinary tract or vaginal tract. Check for UTI ( sometimes in older individuals usually &gt; 50 UTI is less symptomatic) or vaginitis as well Would also  consider ultrasound the check uterus for polyps, fibroids, thickened endometrium as you are likely peri-menopausal .

UTI: Sounds like a possible urinary tract infection.  Follow up with a doctor for further testing.  In meantime drink lots of fluids especially water

Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Likely stone: Likely crystals, precursors of kidney stones. Hydration is key, next time when you start having the pain try to strain your urine.

BLOOD: Most likely you have a condition called hematospermia.  Irritation of the prostate or seminal vesicle can cause blood in the semen.  You should still be evaluated for a UTI or other causes

Prostate biopsy: Blood in the urine is very common after prostate biopsy.  It ususally clears up in a few days (3-5), but it may be sporadically present 1-2 weeks after the biopsy.  If there are multiple blood clots and or difficulty urinating/retnetion of urine you should see you physician immedialtely or go to the emergency room.

Depends.: Its never normal to pee blood but trauma to the genital urinary tract can result in bloody urine. Should see a doctor and get urinalysis and examined.
