Microscopic blood: Would follow up with MD/ urgent care get urinalysis which would show microscopic blood coming from urinary tract or vaginal tract. Check for UTI ( sometimes in older individuals usually > 50 UTI is less symptomatic) or vaginitis as well Would also consider ultrasound the check uterus for polyps, fibroids, thickened endometrium as you are likely peri-menopausal .
