Depends.: Its never normal to pee blood but trauma to the genital urinary tract can result in bloody urine. Should see a doctor and get urinalysis and examined.

No.: Trauma to the testicle doe not cause blood in the urine. If there is hematuria, the injury might have involed the urinary tract, especially the urethra (in the penis or perineum) or the bladder, .
