See your doctor: who may refer you to an ENT specialist, you may be having chronic inflammation of your nasal cavity lining, due to allergies or something else, may be polyps ( result from chronic inflammation too). Meanwhile, use saline nasal washes often, good luck

Multiple causes: Dry mouth can occur when the glands in the mouth that make saliva are not working properly. Some common causes include nervousness, stress, certain medications, aging, cancer therapy (radiation/chemotherapy), and autoimmune disorders like Sjorgren’s syndrome and  smoking.

: The steroid nasal sprays are very effective for allergic rhinitis causing congestion. It does take up to 2-3 weeks of use of the spray to get full affect. You want to make sure that you use it regularly every day to ensure a better outcome.

i have had a half blocked nose (switches nostrils) for months now. this also comes with a lighthead sometimes. allergy perhaps?

Nasal congestion: Physiologically, the nasal turbinates enlarge rhythmically every 2 hours alternating sides. Hence your nose feels blocked on one side, if they are swollen from allergies. Allegra may help a bit, but a nasal steroid will help better. Some are available otc in europe, such as fluticasone.

Depends: In the USA this drug is approved for use once daily in kids 4 and older. It is not approved for younger kids. Nasal wash with saline is the approved therapy for younger kids.
