Possible/less likely: Allergies can cause these symptoms that you mentioned.  But it could be chronic sinusitis.  In that case, antibiotics or sometimes surgery can help.  You should see an ear, nose, throat doctors first, and later also do an allergy testing to rule out allergies.

Cerumen impaction: This is likely secondary to cerumen (wax) impaction. Of course other possibilities such as infection need to be ruled out as well. You should see your PCPS for disimpaction.

Unilateral fullness: This could be due to wax , outer ear infection, middle ear fluid or pressure.   The eustachian tube may not be working correctly.  Also, inner ear pressure can do this.  Rarely, serious problems like tumors of the hearing nerve can cause these symptoms.  Get checked by yuour doctor or ent.

Be patient: This will usually resolve in a few weeks with no treatment or in the same time frame if you try something. If it begins to hurt have it evaluated as they can become secondarily infected &amp; need treatment.

Blocked ear : This is potentially serious.  It can be due to minor things like wax.  It can be also be due to sudden loss of nerve function which requires immediate steroid treatment and MRI scan.  It can also be due to middle ear fluid (infectious and non-infectious).  Even tumors in the brain or throat can rarely cause this.  You need to be checked right away-preferably ent.

Menieres's: Meniere's disese is characterized by endolymphatic hdrops which causes increased pressure which lead to inner ear dysfunction. The problem typically develops in the 3rd or 4th decade of life and is more common in men.  The symptoms of Meneir's are typically sudden in onset. There seems to be relationship between disease and salt. Lowering salt consumption will often alleviate.

: Recommend you seek a second opinion from an otolaryngologist who can perform full-scale audiological/otolaryngological testing.  A video-nystagmogram should be included.
