Decongestant: If the decongestant is not helping and it has been more than a couple of days you will need to see a doctor, most likely your symptoms are self limited and should resolve on their own.

Eardrum less mobile: When there is an infection in the middle ear, fluid builds up and the eardrum cannot move as well.  It is the vibration of the eardrum that enables us to hear.  The fluid in the middle ear decreases the ability of the eardrum to vibrate causing hearing to be sensitive and muffled.

i was freezing cold last and my skin was very sensitive.  even the water hurt my hands. my head seems to be heavy, body exhausted. no sore throat or blocked nose. however i feel stronger this morning. but not quite completely better?

Depends on cause: Is it wax? Get it removed. Is it fluid behind the ear drum? Get it checked out. I think you need to have somebody examine the cause first.
