Symptoms vs. Reality: Symptoms are interpretations by the person who perceives them (within their brain↔mind) &amp; only possible clues as to what is happening. Better diagnoses (just labels, not necessarily accurate or useful for solutions) also require signs (exam, lab findings, etc.) in order to offer reasonable guesses as to what might be happening. Medicine is not magical; physicians are only detectives, at best.

: May be reflux with or without H pylori a bacteria. Can try omeprazole or famotidine  but if persists a month  would follow up for assessment for H pylori as will need antibiotics. Can sometimes be gallbladder  as well or food intolerances.

See doctor: Although an urinary tract infection or just a viral infection may account for much of your symptoms, you need to be seen by a doctor if the symptoms have been present for more than a few hours or are getting worse.

Stomach pain: This can be many things.  It can be irritation of the stomach (gastritis), an ulcer or gallbladder disease.  Your doctor will probably try some antacids, consider h pylori testing, an esophogram if there's any sign of reflux, a GI referral +/- an endoscopy.  Pain going on this long needs a thorough workup!  best of luck!

Yes: but so could a lot of other causes.  Consult with your doctor to investigate hundreds of other causes of nausea.
