See a doctor soon: Your large belly suggests to me your bladder is partly obstructed in some way and you have an infection, which comes first i can't tell from here but your doctor can evaluate this but please do so very soon, this could cause permanent kidney damage and could be serious.

Hard stomach: A hard bloated stomach for 3 days sounds concerning.  I'd be even more concerned if there were fevers, vomiting, blood in the stools or significant diarrhea.  This could be from a lot of things including: gas, a viral or bacterial infection, twisting or blockage of the bowel.

Abdominal bloating: There are lots of reasons for abdominal discomfort & bloating, & not all of them are due to the GI tract. Even "functional" syndromes may be present without underlying "disease." however psbo (paralyzed gut) due to metabolic & inflammatory conditions nearby (like an untreated infection of the urinary tract)must be considered & addressed. Check with your doctor for examination & treatment options.

Possible Gastritis: When pain occurs with hunger it could be gastritis or gastric ulcer. May improve with antiacids, frequent small meals , quitting smoking and avoiding nsaids and alcohol.

: Presumably your UTI was professionally diagnosed and treated with antibiotics, yes? If not, see a doctor ASAP even though you're somewhat better. UTI rarely causes "stomach" pain, and you're at the peak age for risk of STI which can cause UTI like symptoms but  stomach pain suggests Fallopian tube infection (PID). Discuss with your doctor, or see a doctor now if you've been treating yourself.

See a doctor: Without a full detailed history, physical exam and some lab tests it is nearly impossible to tell what is going on, but this should definitely be looked into quickly.  Please go and see a primary care physician and hope you get better soon.

Depends: Go to a Doctor or Urgent Care or ER for evaluation. You may have a fistula. An abnormal hole in the bowel or bladder. A recto-urethral fistula  is a hole between the urethra and the rectum. This hole leads to the leakage of urine in the rectum and feces traveling into the bladder. Or maybe you just have a bad UTI.
