Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

Fibrocystic breast: Check a pregnancy test first. The most common cause are the fibrocystic changes that can be very tender, especially before your cycle.  Decrease caffeine intake and use Vitamin E and they may get better

Test: Time to check a pregnancy test.  This could just be PMS exacerbated by your skipped pills, but it may very well be you're pregnant from the same issue.

Test: You don't test - you must go as soon as you can to see a Gynecologist.

Pregnant?: Nausea and breast tenderness are very common symptoms of early pregnancy. If there is a chance you could be pregnant, you might consider taking a home pregnancy test.

Symptoms: Left lower quadrant pain, ovary, diverticulits, kidney stone UTI, kidney infection. Could be symptoms from menses ready to begin.

See your Ob/Gyn: I'd start by seeing the Ob/Gyn who did your hysterectomy.  They can determine if your symptoms are in any way related to the surgery or not.    If not, they can point you in the right direction.  Best wishes!

Usually no...: All ovarian cysts have to  be evaluated on a case by case basis.  However, complex cysts usually do not resolve with watching and waiting.  They usually have to be surgically removed and evaluated by the pathologist to determine their true nature.

Not sure: Breast soreness,, lower stomach hardness suggest pregnancy and these symptoms can appear frequently without pregnancy too. But recent period rules out pregnancy. Take pregnancy test to confirm. Most likely no pregnancy. Symptoms due to hormone changes during menstrual cycle and anxiety about being pregnant from sex.

Not likely: PMS generally occurs in the days before your menstrual cycle. It also tends to occur every month. If this is the first time you have had these symptoms and you are mid cycle then other causes of bloating and breast pain should be considered
