Depends: On how much friction or pressure that is put on the blister. May use protective ointment and cover with dressing. Open toe shoes if possible will reduce friction and speed up healing.

Cover or dry it out: If the blister is still raw, consider using some kind of cover - like a bandaid or something gel-like (eg. Spenco second skin).  If the blister is drying out, you probably don't need to put anything on it and your sock will protect it.  Just avoid anything that may be the cause of friction and/or irritation that resulted in the formation of the blister to begin with.

Dry and clean: Keep it dry and clean with warm soap and water. Watch out for signs of infection over the next few days if the burn was very severe.

Flat supports.: Blisters are caused by excessive friction. New shoes under any condition can cause blister formation until they are broken in. Try removing the arches and replace them with lower ones, or at least ones that better fit your arch height.

For children, is common to transmit the disease by the fecal-oral route.Also you do not want to be in pain from blisters.Workout at home anytime.At gym when have no symptoms.Just remember highly contagious disease
