Direct pressure : Apply direct pressure to the wound for 5 minutes. If there is no change in bleeding or if the wound appears deep see an urgent care or er for a wound evaluation and possibly stitches.

Apply pressure: Cover the wound with a clean cloth and apply direct pressure into the area that is bleeding. If the wound is on an extremity, elevate the extremity above the heart, or lay down and elevate the wound. Look at the clock and firmly hold the pressure, (no looking) for 10 minutes. If this pressure does not solve the problem, go in to minor er for evaluation.

It's possible: Sometimes a bleeding disorder (a disorder that prevents normal clotting) can be diagnosed with everyday injuries.  Patients that bleed more than normal, bruise easily, or require transfusions with normal surgeries or injuries may have a disorder.  Discuss your situation  with your primary care physician as this can be diagnosed with the right labs and a good history and physical.

Many.: Bleeding that doesn't stop despite applying direct pressure for more than 10 minutes. Wounds to the face, neck, hands, or genitals. Any deep puncture wound. Any animal or human bite wound. Any wound that shows signs of infection.

Bleeding from a woun: You will need to seek help as soon as possible in order to stop the bleeding. Compress in the meantime while someone can drive you to be seen by a clinician.

Question?: what is your question. Bleeding from scrtching? Wash wound with soap and water, apply direct pressure using a sterile gauze, apply a thin layer of antibiotic ointment and cover with a sterile basndage: your question is incomplete.

Superfast healing: The real question is what not to do that slows down healing. Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important to healing  so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are bad. Cover the area with a clean dressing changed every other day  and protected from trauma.  Antibiotics do not help healing unless it is truly infected.

Stopped by now: If coital activity 11 hours ago caused abrasion or laceration of (or around) the clitoris, no significant bleeding should be going on any longer.  If so, you should seek medical attention.  The area will be painful for 4 - 7 days, but should heal with no long-term consequences.  Healing might be more problematic if the bleeding is persistent, signifying a more serious injury.
