Probably not serious: It is not that unusual to occasionally see light bleeding in between periods when you are on the pill, what we call "break through bleeding."  this is particularly common if you don't take your pills regularly or if you have been on antibiotics, in which case you should use additional protection this cycle.  If there is any possibility this blood is in the urine consider a bladder infection.

No: Hiv is only transmitted by intimate contact.  Sexually, exchanging blood or tissue products, being born to a mother with HIV disease or being breastfed by same.  Not transmitted by inanimate objects.  Appreciate the opportunity to provide this information.

my seven year old has c.paulsey. she is showing sings of early puberty. she wiped her self after urinating and said she was bleeding. ccould she be starting her period? she said her coochie hurts but her belly dosent? what to do?

Odds : Odds are, her bleeding is not from puberty, but is more likely from trauma or infection - especially is she in complaining of pain in that region.  You should have her seen by her doctor as soon as possible for this problem.

As far as seeing signs of puberty, seven years old is too early to be starting puberty in a girl.  Precocious puberty (early puberty) is any evidence of puberty in a girl younger than 8 or a boy younger than 9. This is usually first explored with a history, physical, a study of your child's growth chart and possibly a bone age. A bone age is an x-ray - typically of the child's wrist - to show whether the child is maturing and growing faster, slower or on time with their actual age.

All this information can help tell whether the child is developing normally after all and should just be watched or whether they should have further work-up to determine if there is a hormone problem causing the early puberty. You should speak with your child's pediatrician or a pediatric endocrinologist who is the specialist that handles the work-up, diagnosis and treatment of these problems.  Good luck!

Have to see gyn doc: In some Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud can stay unto 5 yrs  under physician supervision from the day of insertion , if it is not taken out , may lead to complications like infection , perforation, migration etc ,  you have to see your gyn doc to find the cause of your problem , to treat and  including possible removal

Irregular bleeding: I am assuming you're not on any type of hormonal birth control? If so, this could be part of that as birth control can cause you to have abnormally long cycles and spotting and strange cycles. If not, I would have a conversation with your doctor about your abnormally long cycle and talk about testing your hormone levels to see if anything is amiss. If not, other treatments can be discussed.

Yes: If you are seeing large quantities of blood and blood clots you should go to the emergency room. The color of the blood suggests bleeding from the kidney area as long as you're sure it's not vaginal bleeding. Large clots can occasionally block the bladder outlet and block urination. Kidney stones,tumors,glomerular inflammation need to be ruled out.

Most often,: Bleeding does not result from implantation.  When it does occur, there is only a tiny amount of blood. There would be no reason for it to smell like urine.
